Purpose
The Z-axis of this machine tool adopts high rigidity hard rail, good rigidity of the whole machine, high reliability, easy and flexible operation, long service life, low energy consumption, high control accuracy and strong anti-interference ability.
It is suitable for mold processing, milling, boring, drilling, tapping and other operations of precision parts, especially suitable for Z-axis direction heavy cutting applications.
Main application areas: precision mold manufacturing, automotive parts manufacturing, new energy, industrial automation, aerospace and so on.
Machine structure and performance characteristics
1. All castings of this machine tool are made of resin sand castings, and the castings are treated by artificial aging to reduce the stress deformation of the castings.
2. Wide base box structure and "herringbone" column design, and optimized design, column for the double-wall structure, greatly enhance the mechanical rigidity. The contact surfaces are treated with spatula to ensure the rigidity of the movement of the machine and the precision and stability of the high-speed displacement.
3. The spindle system of this machine tool comes from the professional manufacturer in Taiwan Province of China, and all the important parts are strictly heat-treated; P4 grade spindle bearings and special grease lubrication are adopted, and the whole set of spindles are required to pass the computerized dynamic balancing calibration and running-in test after the assembly is completed under the constant temperature condition, so that the whole set of spindles has a long service life and is of high reliability.
4. the machine tool X, Y, Z three-axis drive ball screws are used in Taiwan Province of China, special matching manufacturers PMI or HIWIN provided by the C3 grade ball screws, ball screws are used in the main end of the ball screw bearings imported P4 grade 60 ゚ contact angle paired combination of ball screw bearings, the tail end of the pre-tensioning device, to ensure that the backlash of the machine and thermal deformation of the machine for a long time to remain at a low value. The X and Y axes adopt linear slide rail, and the Z-axis hard rail has the characteristics of high rigidity, high wear resistance, low noise and low friction, which ensures the control of positioning accuracy and machining error. High-quality couplings are adopted to ensure high rigidity, stable and reliable accuracy of the three-axis transmission.
5. The lubrication system of the machine tool adopts volumetric oil supply lubrication system to ensure that any lubrication parts are fully lubricated. It is recommended to supply oil every 15 minutes, and the lubricant is recommended to use ISOVG68 guide rail oil.
